Court Jester features Standard Adult and Deluxe fancy dress costumes with themes that include but are not limited to Fairytales, Halloween, Heroes and Villains, Movie Characters, 1920’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s, Nursery Rhymes, Fairytale, Pirates, Country and Western, Easter, Book Week, Oktoberfest, and Christmas. These are fully accessorised with hire rates ranging from $50 for the basic look and $65 for a more complete getup. This doesn’t include costumes for Santas, Easter Bunnies, and Mascots whose costume hire ranges from $100+. Court Jester Fancy Dress is a family-owned business that has been serving the costume needs of many customers in Melbourne and all over Australia for 40 years now. Born out of love for the fun and creativity of dressing up, we wanted to spread the excitement and imagination to everyone who wants to transform into their favourite characters.

Our wide and very varied collection of costumes are available for rent or purchase and encompasses many genres like western, historical, horror, fairy tale, and many more. We’ve got accessories as well, from wigs and beards to fake teeth and contact lenses.

We were awarded the Hobson’s Bay Business Award in Retail Category in 2011 further fuelling our passion to level up our services and expanding our brick-and-mortar establishment into a warehouse factory that can accommodate our massive range of costumes and accessories for sale.
